Refund policy

The short version

Fully refundable any time before we open: just ask. If we don't reach 250 founding members by January 13, 2027, everyone is refunded in full.

The details

Every payment on this site is a refundable deposit toward a business that is not open yet. Ask for your money back any time before we open, for any reason, by replying to your receipt or emailing hello@steepnsoak.com, and we refund the full amount to your original card.

If we don't reach 250 founding members by January 13, 2027, or if our plans change and we don't open, we refund every deposit, membership payment and gift in full without you having to ask.

Your place-in-line deposit comes off your first soak. A founding member's payment covers their first month. A gift is refunded to whoever bought it.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. If that card has been closed, your bank normally forwards the refund; if it can't, we'll repay you another way.
