Who we are

Steep & Soak is a concept being tested by BLNKXT Labs, a project of BLNKXT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Steep & Soak is not open yet.

"We" on this site means BLNKXT, LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe.

What you are paying for

Every payment on this site is a refundable payment toward a business that has not opened. It reserves your place, your founding rate or your gift; it is not a booking, membership or gift card you can use today.

We will never charge your card again without asking you first. If we open, anything recurring (like a membership) starts only after you agree to it at that time.

Refunds

You can get a full refund any time before we open. See the refund policy for how, and for when we refund everyone automatically.

Gifts

A gift is held for the person you name. If we do not open, it is refunded to whoever bought it, and the buyer can ask for a refund any time before it is used. Gifts do not expire.

Prices

The amount you paid is locked in for you. Prices shown for after opening, and the perks of any membership, may change before we open; if a change makes an offer worse for you, you can take a full refund.

If the concept becomes its own company

If Steep & Soak opens as its own business, your payment and your place in line move with it, or you can choose a refund instead. We will email you before that happens.
